Transportation release and waiver of liability

I understand and agree that my child’s use of the transportation provided by the Academy is entirely at my own risk. Neither We Are Ballon Dor Sports Academy nor its affiliated organizations will be liable for any damage or accident that may occur before, during, or after the bus trip.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the We Are Ballon Dor Sports Academy, its coaches, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise as a result of my child’s use of the transportation provided by the Academy.

Enrollment

Enrollment will be completed once the following have been submitted online:

The completed registration form includes agreeing to the acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Payment of a registration fee using the registration form.

Payment for the relevant term/season using the form online.

Admission to particular sessions will be subject to the availability of places at the requested training location.

Purchases

This site is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and their parents must use it on their behalf and give their consent.

Whenever you pay for our products or services on our website, all the information you submit will be sent directly to the used payment provider via a secure connections.

A copy of the transaction records and the Merchant’s policies and rules should be maintained by the cardholder.

In addition to Cash, Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards, we also accept payments online in AED using credit/debit cards.

Refusal of Service

The Service is offered subject to our acceptance of your order or request for Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity without any obligation to explain our reason. The order is not considered accepted by us until the payment has been processed. Any aspect or feature of the Site or Service may be changed or discontinued at any time, as long as we have met our previous obligations to you. Your money will not be refunded if we refuse to process your order after payment has been processed.

Make-up Sessions

In order for us to maintain high standards of coaching across all of our venues, we have to follow a very strict attendance policy, which also includes make-up sessions.

Unlike many other academies across the globe, we do offer your child an opportunity to make up a missed class under the following terms and conditions:

The make-up class should not pass the due date of the current invoice

If you will be absent, you must notify us before 12 midday of the training session day

In cases of illness, a medical certificate must be provided, and We Are Ballon Dor Sports Academy must be informed.

In cases of travelling, a copy of the plane ticket must be sent to admin so we can freeze your account.

If possible, we will allow you to attend another training session in the same week

The decision to replace your missed session is at the discretion of the Academy.

If a refund is approved, a bank charge of 3% will be deducted at the academy’s discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

The payment for the course is not refundable unless the entire course is cancelled by the organizer. No Makeup sessions or refunds will be offered for missed training sessions.

General Terms

We Are Ballon Dor Sports Academy has the authority to place players in the correct age category and/or skill category as decided by the Academy coaches.

If a player needs to relocate from one venue to another, it needs to be discussed with the manager. If a place is available at the other venue, the request may be accommodated at the discretion of the manager of the Academy. This, however, cannot be guaranteed.

We Are Ballon Dor Sports Academy has the right to change the dates of a term schedule, cancel a course or change a venue that may be necessary for any reason.

The training sessions are closed sessions that only admit the players, the player’s family/guardians or identified friends. It is strictly prohibited that no video recording, pictures or photography is permitted during the training sessions.

The We Are Ballon Dor Sport Academy materials, resources, and courses are the property of We Are Ballon Dor Sports Academy LLC and are not to be distributed or disclosed for commercial purposes.

All training sessions and games will be conducted in English & Arabic.

I also consent for my child/children to be included in photographs that may be used for promotional purposes on flyers, newsletters, and the We Are Ballon Dor Sports Academy website.

Restrictions on Usage

Use of the Site and purchase of Services through the Site are permitted only for legitimate purposes. Use of the Site and Service is only permitted for lawful purposes. As a user of the Site, you are financially responsible for all purchases made by you or by someone acting on your behalf. We Are Ballon Dor Football Academy and We Are Ballon Dor swimming academy llc reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who undertakes any act that could be considered an infringement of the present terms and conditions.

I agree to the terms, conditions, and policies of the We Are Ballon Dor Sports Academy operating under the We Are Ballon Dor Sports Academy services license llc. It is agreed that the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected by the invalidation or unenforceability of any part of these terms and conditions. A valid and legal substitute will be used for the void part. In accordance with UAE law, this site will not provide any products or services to or deal with sanctioned countries listed by OFAC (Office of Foreign Asset Control).

Severability
